These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapStamp mobile application ("App") provided by Hydra Quality Solutions, LLC, operating as Hydra Apps™, a company registered in the United States ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using SnapStamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SnapStamp is a photo timestamp and documentation tool. You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
SnapStamp offers both free and premium ("Pro") features. Pro features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed through Apple's App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial expires. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's standard refund process or through the Customer Center within the App. We do not process refunds directly.
Pro users may connect third-party cloud storage services (Dropbox, Google Drive) to sync photos. SnapStamp acts as a client to these services using your authorized credentials. We do not store your cloud login information on our servers. You are responsible for managing your cloud storage and any associated costs.
You retain full ownership of all photos and content created with SnapStamp. We do not claim any rights to your content. Photos are stored locally on your device and, if you enable Cloud Sync, on your connected cloud storage provider.
We do not upload, access, or store your photos on our servers.

SnapStamp, its design, code, logo, and brand are the intellectual property of Hydra Quality Solutions, LLC. All rights reserved. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that timestamps will be accurate in all circumstances.
GPS location accuracy depends on your device and environment. Always verify critical timestamps independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydra Quality Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
